v0.6.1 Null for Datastore after init / app update #197

Possible cause after an initial startup and Datastore has not been set up. May also relate to service being still operational after a app update where datastore is recreated by Realm but null. Needs a safety check exception handler for this situation. Should be a minimal once off crash affecting a low amount of users and a app/device restart should mean that it works normally after that.
