Battery change while temp basal is in progress will stop the temp in nightscout. #217

If a temp basal is started and in progress and a battery is changed the history will show a suspend -> battery inserted -> resume but when resumed nightscout will show a 100% basal rather then currently running ongoing temp basal.

This may also affect other consumable changes like new reservoir or cannula fill.
