It seems that there are no diodes for D6, D7, D8, and D13 listed on the BOM. What should go in these spots?

This would be the same diode in D3,D4,D9,D10,D11,D12,D18,D20 then correct? I have been told that you can leave D6, D7, D8, and D13 blank as well.

yes it's the same diodes. may remain empty.
