[BUG] "Clear Initiative" Behavior: Option pans to actor instead of clearing the intiative upon first click.

Clicking "Clear Initiative" pans the camera to the actor upon first click, then only upon the second is the initiative cleared.

If this is intended, I find it frustrating, as it takes autonomy away from me and slows down my game.
