[REQUEST] Provide options to "Roll Initiative" button in Combat Tracker besides saying "Use the character sheet".

When clicking "Roll Intitiative" in the Combat Tracker, instead of the system saying "no, use the character sheet", give options.

That could be one/some of the following:

1. A button to prompt the player to roll initiative with a dropdown
2. A prompt popup to tell the player to use their character sheet
3. Opening that character's character sheet for the GM
4. Letting the GM select from a list of options for that player
5. An option to flat roll to speed things along
