Removed obsolete `docs` folder #168

There was almost no content in these files which confuses or at least demotivates new devs starting to work on this project during onboarding. Some information about authentication (possibly outdated as well) has been moved temporarily into the README.md, which is also going to be updated soon in a separate PR.

@mtrenkmann, you need to send it using Authentication: Bearer <TOKEN> header.
