`untag --all` doesn’t redraw screen in thread buffer

Describe the bug

When viewing a thread where some of the messages have some tag, running untag --all <that tag> doesn’t redraw the screen.

Software Versions

• Python version: 3.7.7
• Alot version: master

To Reproduce

• Open a thread will multiple messages.
• Tag some of them with e.g. important.
• Run untag --all important.

Expected: important disappears from all messages. Actual: nothing changes.

In general, I would be ok with running refresh from all my bindings that untag --all, but:

• refresh also causes folds to reset (which is either a bug in refresh or a reason to have a separate redraw command).
• Sometimes I want to untag --all or tag --all manually from the command line.
