Implement a counter for remaining annual leave. Have configurable number of annual leave days and initial balance.
Have a configurable date, where unused vacation days are lost. Probably Kimai needs to be restructured as package with modules for vacation, time logging, file reading/data handling, sick leave ...

Design issues should decided before v0.1. Implementation of the vacation module can be pushed to v0.2.
