Fixed swapped links in Czech translation #23

Hello, I've noticed today that links to MinGW and Rufus' GitHub were swapped out in the Czech translation (MinGW32 text pointed to Rufus GitHub, and Rufus GitHub pointed to MinGW homepage).

Hope I've made the changes correctly and didn't overlook any other issue. Cheers!

Unfortunately this needs to be fixed in the .po as the HTML pages are autogenerated so you can't simply invert the links there.

Since I also found that the translation deviated quite a bit from what was stated in the English version, I used machine-translation to update the .po and fix this.
