You have bad blocks on your device, which means your device's hardware is defective.
Oh and you're also trying to install XP, and anything that has to do with XP is flagged as no longer supported in the FAQ.

I tried to flash a Windows XP (SP2 32bit) ISO file on my usb stick but it started to give me errors. After the errors i just went like "Meh idc ill just revert it back to what was on the flash drive (bootable recovery enviroment)" but it failed to flash the recovery ISO too (I flashed the recovery ISO using rufus and it was fine the first time). The USB was booting perfectly with the rec. env.
