It's normal. It's just Microsoft utilities not showing partitions base on Microsoft's weird design decisions.
If you use different utilities or a different OS, you will see it.
Obviously, I have no control whatsoever over what partitions such and such tool decide to hide.

In my memory, Rufus created two partitions when creating the Windows 10 installation USB stick, each mounted and displayed on Windows explorer. One is the actual storage partition, and the other is small partition "UEFI: NTFS" for Boot. But now, I cant' see "UEFI: NTFS" on Windows explorer. In the log, it looks like the partition was created correctly and is just not mounted. Is this normal for recent versions of Rufus?
