Unable to patch/setup files for boot #2192

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

You most likely have a security solution that is interfering with the process by keeping a handle on the boot.wim file that Rufus is trying to mount.

Basically, you are running into a similar error as the one mentioned in this section of the FAQ and it will be up to you to find out what external application is accessing content, and preventing Rufus from accessing it.

Also (NOTE: This device is a USB 3.0 device operating at lower speed...) if you have a USB 3.0 port on your computer, you really want to make sure that your USB drive is plugged there, otherwise writing to it will be very slow.
