Issue description

When trying to install Windows 11 24H2 on a computer without SSE 4.2 and PopCnt, it is not possible to boot from a USB flash drive. When trying to use the old Windows PE, the installation is successful, but the system is cyclically rebooted on the screen with the system logo. My processor is Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5700. I've tried all the workarounds I know, but none of them worked. I don't want to throw my old computer in the trash, and it's not interesting to use old versions of Windows or Linux. Please solve this problem together!

Its impossible to add a simple workaround for the lack of PopCnt and SSE4.2 The only way to bypass these new requirements would be to heavily modify the OS, and i don't think @pbatard is interested in doing that, even if there was a way to do it that wasn't incredibly dodgy
