no windows to go option #559

run on win 7 sp1 x64 pro, english OS. rufus 2.2.668, notebook: thinkpad e330. tried disks: transcend 3.0 32GB MLC flash drive, Seagate 500G usb 3.0 hard drive. tried win 8.1/10 x64 enterprise (original MSDN iso). all have no "windows to go" option show up. also have tried "run as administrator" still no work. (my account has admin rights already). thanks.
