For what is worth, if it's only the disk check that fails your drive probably works (have you tested that it boots?).
I'm afraid however that this issue is something that is environmental to your computer and not something I am in a position to address, so the only advice I can give is encourage you to try with a different computer or a different USB drive.

I'm trying to create a bootable windows 10 USB using a Sandisk 8GB flash drive. I'm getting "undetermined error while formatting" every time. I've tried different ISOs, formatting through windows "format" option. Still get this error every time.
