Add support for IPFS://hash links for media #18

The dApp now supports tokens adding ipfs hash links directly into the media URL without the need for a gateway. Are we able to have the explorer run an IPFS node in order to search IPFS hash's directly?

An example of a token that has a hash but doesn't show the media https://explorer.tokel.io/tokens/5d91df4df1d79ea93afdb695fd7cae853c8c2e0e1d757d4673864d72821d8256/transactions

I'll have a look, alright also requested this addition
