Add reCAPTCHA to Recruitment Form and Notifications for Error Handling #69

Summary of Changes

This pull request includes the following updates to the project:

  1. Added Google reCAPTCHA to Recruitment Form:

    • Integrated reCAPTCHA to ensure form submissions are secure and protect against bots.
    • Added the necessary client-side validation and reCAPTCHA token generation.

  2. Added Toast Notifications for Error Messages:

    • Implemented toast notifications to display error messages.
    • Toasts will show up when form submission encounters validation issues or API errors.
