"An internal error has occurred." #8

Hello, I'm setting up this plugin for a client. I'm able to successfully pull jobs from Bullhorn into Wordpress. However, when I submit the form for a job listing, it seems like the file attachment is causing a problem. I get a message that says "An internal error has occurred." Nothing ends up on Bullhorn. But it does display on my Wordpress admin panel.

Any advice on what to look into to fix this issue? Thanks!

Hi Colinlord

Are you using the latest version from github ( there a lots updates over the WordPress.org version)

turn on WP_DEBUG in your config check the error_log file wp_content folder

Hi Paul, thanks for getting back to me. Doesn't look like this is generating anything in the Wordpress error log. The message looks like it might be coming from Bullhorn? This is what the URL looks like: http://evolutionhr.lordcol.in/jobs/warehouse-associate/?bh-message=An%20internal%20error%20has%20occurred

Oh I forgot to mention: yes, I'm using your latest version here from Github.

All I can suggest is that you step the call to see which call to BH is creating the error.

Find the function sniff_requests as this the main save function

@colinlord I don't know if you ever resolved this. I was having a similar issue. I was uploading using dummy / empty PDFs. It seems Bullhorn doesn't like that and returns an error because it can't parse candidate info from it.

yes I need to update the message so it does die as bad

Any suggestion as to the text?

Paul

Ah! I was using a dummy PDF too and never tried an actual resume! Now this all makes more sense.

hi mabe you copy a object that created in master for and past in inherited form if check the name of object see that name is inherited from cbk_1 for example and you should insert new check box from menu and use it
