[I] Button "New Issue" in issue dialog is misleading #1289

Expected behaviour

Button title explains what will happen next -> e.g. "New Issue" will create a new issue on GitHub.

Actual behaviour

A sub dialog opens and asks to reset the issue dialog

Steps to reproduce

open issue dialog, select issue type, look at button "New Issue"
