[I] Untagged Notes Count is Double What it Should be After Adding a New Note

Expected behaviour

When adding one new note the Untagged Notes count should increment by one.

Actual behaviour

When adding one new note the Untagged Notes count doubled. When I started QON the Untagged Notes count was 111 which was correct. When I added one note the Untagged Notes count doubled from 111 to 224. It should have incremented to 112.

Steps to reproduce

Start QON in the normal manner.
Note the Untagged Notes count which will be correct.
Add one note. You don't even have to put anything in the note.
Note that the Untagged Notes count has now doubled.
