No notes in list panel #589

Expected behaviour

Show all notes in selected folder

Actual behaviour

No notes shown in any folders

Steps to reproduce

Close qownnotes; restart - notes are shown for default folder - change folders, notes are not shown; go back to default folder, notes are no longer shown. This changed after upgrade to 17.05.9

Are you really talking about note folders? Because you seem to only have one... I neither can reproduce that with note folder nor note subfolders under 17.05.10... Was there any log output?

Attached log file, but I just turned this on today. I don't actually think it's a bug; it was working fine and I was checking something in settings - as I was moving my mouse, I accidentally clicked and this is when I noticed my files missing. I don't know what I clicked and I've been sifting through the settings trying to figure it out, but no luck so far. QOwnNotes_edit.txt

Nothing interesting in the logs... Maybe you should try to move your settings files away or even clear them altogether in the settings...

That's a nice trick to know - it worked. Sorry about the bother, and not seeing / trying that function first. I love this app and it is a huge help to me since I've moved completely over to Nextcloud.
