ProgressIndicator.showSimple(true); doesnt work #40

Hi Is this plugin compatible now? ProgressIndicator.showSimple(true); doent work as expected. It doesn;t show the activity indicator. None of them works.

I see that the source code is 2 years old. Do you plan to fix these issues?
