RFE - allow xxhsum to operate on stdin #24

As of current trunk (r37) it's not possible
to generate a hash from input coming via STDIN.

Would be great to see this implemented in xxhsum
as well (like it's working in md5sum et. al.)

A new version including "read from stdin" feature
is currently available within the "dev" branch of xxhash :
https://github.com/Cyan4973/xxHash/tree/dev
