Vignette #23

Future issue for vignettes. By now every commit about vignette can be tagged with this issue.

Should all vignettes have the same layout? In my opinion DOCCO style, supported by knitr package, is so far original and pretty. In case to 'knit vignette with DOCCO style one has to run buildingVignette.r code with proper vignette directory. It should be done on a UNIX/LINUX system, where earlier DOCCO was installed:

#docco need to be installed prior
 sudo apt-get install npm
 sudo npm install -g docco

add argument to savetorepo athan enables using result from save in chaining code later

I finished second vignette. I only needs 3 figures more, but they are still in progress :)

Let's close it. It's not needed anymore.
