Since he's suggesting a full day, I'm going to propose to Jeremy that we do this as a Sunday pre-conference or Friday post conference - Since this will probably be a smaller group, we can use the DCE offices or a meeting room in our building.

Jeremy responded that Friday post-conference could work (though folks might be fairly low energy by then). If the program committee likes this idea, we'll need to figure out whether to schedule the day Monday, Thursday, or Friday. I'll need to know whether we need to find a suitable location as well.

We're going to run the "Code Retreat" Thursday afternoon through Friday mid-day and will identify the location based on registration count.
