There was a service management panel at OR that was very successful and folks mentioned how to move Hydra projects form project management to service management models. We were thinking a workshop where managers could actually map out at their own institution how to make that transition, basically a management roadmap that would give Hydra institutions good service management goals for sustainability and something tangible to take home to their institutions.

This could work as a presentation and would just be presentations of case studies rather than each working on a plan for their own institution.

Sounds great and we were noting that there aren't many non-devs-y workshops. maybe we should move this out of plenary and onto the workshop day. I noticed at least one other 'presentation'-tagged idea that could be appropriate for plentary session.

I like the workshop format. If another manager focused plenary is needed, I bet Hannah, Patricia, or Carolyn could have additional useful ideas.
