A tag for every release #53

Hi,

adding a tag when the image should be considered 'safe' would be helpful, I see that there aren't any tag from the 0.10.0 release of the end of november.

@gionn all of the stable releases are tagged. 0.10.0 was the last release before 0.11.0, which shipped this afternoon.

Also, master always represents the most recent stable release. All new features are merged into the develop branch and tested before they are merged into master, tagged, and released.

The DockerHub project follows a similar scheme. The only difference is the beta tag on DockerHub tracks the develop branch on GitHub.
