Migration to Jest

• converted all the tests to use jest.
• removed packages, also remove nyc as it was no longer need while using jest.
• updated coveralls to use jest

@pbojinov let me know if i missed something out or some issue this causes, i'll be sure to fix it when ever i can. thanks
