Also added additional legacy files to be skipped by cleanup.

I'm seeing error 400 Bad Request when trying to run with this change.

The following URLs are returning error 400:

Insiders and fast also seem the same. The old 0409TEAM01 ID urls are working. Not sure if this is intentional? Is this pre-empting a future change?

@nixtar yes, this is pre-empting a change that will take place in March where MAU will take responsibility for updating Teams.
