Unable to use with Frontech USB Gamepad #1047

I have a Frontech JIL1731 USB Gamepad. I have the latest drivers for my 
gamepad. I use windows 8.1 (64bit). 
After installing x360ce, the application us unable to find required settings 
for my gamepad. So, I used manual settings . After following the steps I 
launched Watchdogs but got a message "There is a problem with the program. It 
will close".
Please solve this issue
