ipega 9023 and x360ce #1063

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
Steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure x360ce with and ipega 9023 (bluetooth gamepad with directinput
only support)
2. the gamepad is immediatly recognized, and all the buttons are mapped
correctly
3. the R2 button behave in x360ce or in XinputTest, as always in use. Sometimes
it happens also with L2 button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The R2 (or L2) should work only when pressed/used. Please note, that the
controller buttons, works as exptected in directinput mode. I've checked it
trough the control panel of windows

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
latest version (64bit) of x360ce and windows 8.1

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
ipega 9023, with standard drivers from windows 8 itself

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
(LOG MUST BE FROM THE GAME, NOT X360CE)
There is no need, since the problem happen already when running the x360ce.exe

Please let me know, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Most game are x86 only. I will look if there is something that is running on 64
bit and I will test it. Unluckily the xinputtest.exe looks like to be 32 bit as
well.

I also have this problem. I tried the .dll posted on december 19: it fixes the
RT always-on issue, but it stops detection of LT button presses.

Also, the RT issue did not happen to me while playing escape goat 2 on steam,
although in x360ce it showed the key as always on.

Thank you for your help!

Hello,

I have the exact same problem.

So close to make it 100% working.

As ettore said, the last .dll fixes the RT always-on issue.

But, LT is not detected and RT is detected as LT :)

Thank you again for your help !

In case of PG-9028, I've tried these settings. It resolves magically.

Left trigger - Button 7
Left Bumper - Button 9
Right trigger - Button 8
Right Bumper - Button 10
