Valve / CS:GO doesn't detect digital signature #1069

PLEASE READ LIBRARIES MANUAL BEFORE REPORTING ISSUES:

Always make sure you use latest x360ce libraries!
Bugs created using older versions will be marked invalid as user error.
r848 vc10 is currently the latest version.

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure input on x360ce
2. Place xinput1_3.dll into bin
3. Run CS:GO

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Being able to play CS:GO online normally.

Instead: Valve does not detect the digital signature as valid and blocks me 
from playing. However on the bright side the controls are now working

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
I am using the latest version, r848. Windows 8.1

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
I am using May-Flash Gamecube adapter.

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
(LOG MUST BE FROM THE GAME, NOT X360CE)
(I'm not sure where to find this)
