Vibration for one motor is effecting both motors #1144

Always make sure you use latest x360ce libraries!
Bugs created using older versions will be marked invalid as user error.
r848 vc10 is currently the latest version.

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect both Steel Series 3GC and 2 port PlayStation 9 pin controller (With a 
official Sony Psone controller connected) to USB 
2.Install both drivers from official disk or website
3.Configure both controllers with new Configs, Do not get one online (getting 
one from online does the same anyway)
4.Try to use the rumble test slider for one motor
5.Try playing a game with the configs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Both motors shake but only one should shake, same goes for both sliders!

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
Latest version (to this date) of x360ce (with 32bit libs) and Microsoft Windows 
7 Home Premium 64bit (US)

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
Steel Series 3GC and 2 port PlayStation 9 pin controller to USB. drivers, Steel 
Series driver states 3.70 and PlayStation adapter States 3.60 

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
(LOG MUST BE FROM THE GAME, NOT X360CE)

Failure to follow the template will result in your issue being marked as
invalid.

P.S., You don't have to have both controllers connected at the same time, it 
effects both controllers separately.
