My USB network joystick does not work

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open X360.ce
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see a red icon instead of green

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?

x360 v2.1.2.190 windows 7 home basic
What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?

usb network joystick v2007.07.3
Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
Also make sure you use latest x360ce libraries !

Try this:

1- Map any button. EXAMPLE: Start > Button 11
2- Then Save
3- When you open the x360ce again, it will be green, i have this problem but i 
fixed doing this.

Go to 2nd tab of gamepad 1 (not gamepad 2, it should be another settings window)
You should see a checkbox named "passthrough", uncheck it and see if it turns 
green
if not unplug and plug gamepad again while x360ce is open

99% of this problem recently has been due to users not having the correct 
version of the file (64bit instead of 32bit).

Download descriptions are there for a reason.
