Not working in Half Life 2 #720

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I am putting the x360ce exe, xinput1_3, and dinput8 in the bin folder
2.I then run the setup and create the config file
3.Then move the config file to the same folder as the exe like with other 
source games

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Controller will not do anything when I start the game

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
Windows 8.1 and the newest 360ce

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
Dualshock 4 via Bluetooth

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
Also make sure you use latest x360ce libraries !

I can't figure it out, I copied and pasted everything it told me to, changed 
the name to joystick. Then went into console in the game and typed "exec 
joystick" still nothing.

then play it with a keyboard and mouse like the pc master race intended,  the 
game was not intended for play with a gamepad.

you need to rename xinput1_3.dll inside half life 2/bin folder
then x360ce will work

because the functionality being used here is already included with the base 
game and not a third party mod.

i can't really understand what's so third party in making a controller working 
as the second player
there's no mod involved. just the controller to cheat its order
