Display the device name #87

Basically the changes needed for #83. Which also annoyed me, so I had to fix it. Looks now like this:

Please merge this into master branch~~ Though I had to adopt this change into my own repo and install this plugin manually, I'd like this to be available via official channel ASAP!

Only @pbreault can merge and release it via the official channel as far as I know.

Nice! Thanks for the feature. I'm not able to merge this today but you can expect to see the new release sometime this weekend.
