If ser_longest is Series B, then use Series C if it's no shorter #9

This is prob why China Rockfish looks slightly different to the one in resdoc-fri630-shortIPHC.pdf, that still used the shorter time series from the GFbio set-level numbers. (Could be another rabbit hole that only affects one species - don't want to head down it yet....).

So China could use Series C (or another) - more data but shorter time series. Will have to look at some of these manually to decide.

Think the title of this issue got fixed earlier, but not the China example just mentioned.

Vermilion Rockfish in 2021 shows Series C in gfsynopsis, so is different to the gfiphc all-species vignette. (Confused me for a while).
