Ideas for vignettes #19

    • [x] Time series ones, including indices, recruitment, and any more. Just show what there is plus the default plots (explain how the classes generate the default plots).
    • [x] ROMS output details and plots (movies?)
    • [ ] non-ROMS spatial data
    • [ ] Include where appropriate some simple analyses (e.g. correlations, phase plots, maybe pbsEDM wrapper)
