Enhance Poisson-link model description and write vignette #248

The connection between the linear predictors and inverse-linked predictors is unique. At the very least, these need more explanation in the model description vignette. Note connection with cloglog.

This has its own vignette now, which the model description vignette can refer to. First, though, the model description vignette is missing any description of delta models. This has been fleshed out in the paper revision.
