hardcode log-log link in clean name for type= "poisson-link" #309

link1 now depends on the delta model type as in https://github.com/pbs-assess/sdmTMB/issues/303#issuecomment-2020826734 (but in the .cpp the links for the poisson-link delta are still hard coded! that will change...)
