New pycaption release with updated tests #308

Hi @pbs, can you please make a new release (e.g. 2.1.2) which includes the recently updated tests? You seem to have actions for releasing on PyPi and on Github. I'd much appreciate it if you published the recent changes as a new package there, so I can easily install it on my system (and tell others about updating more easily).

Once the new packages are published on PyPi and Github, I consider this topic resolved.

I have just created #309, which updates the documentation and changelog with regards to a new release. The new release is considered to be 2.2.0 as there are some changes to behavior.

This is about as far as I can help with the release, @pbs. Creating the actual releases via the Github interface and/or your actions has to be done by a collaborator with the appropriate permissions.

If there are any issues, don't hesitate to ask me!
