Remove bootstrap dependency #268

The dependency on Twitter Bootstrap makes reasoning about styles unnecessarily complicated and introduces unexpected side-effects, like issue #265.

We should port the styles we need and get rid of the dependency.

Left to do:

[x] Fix the hover style of buttons
[x] Fix styling of the notification area
[x] Fix styling of errors box
[x] Check the styles of the embed bundle still work
[x] Check on a variety of browsers
[x] Consider removing rounded corners of buttons
[x] Consistent indentation in .less files
