Closed concepts

AxAngle now requires the data it is given to be correct at the __init__phase.
Mapping of space group to proper point group is now implemented, with a weak test

Open Concepts

Fundemental zone chopping is still being developed
A lot of "theory documentation" is needed for this to work smoothly
Simplest case of 'szxz' flip flip tested. Similar tests for other situations are a must. Does chopping out a cube hurt us? What about a FZ?
