BLAST database error during Taxonomy step #9

I'm getting a 'No alias or index file found' error during Taxonomy step. I'm only getting this with Rapsearch databases that are not in $BLASTDB.

Taxonomy
        Getting fasta seqs for protein_Mononeg_Aedes
BLAST Database error: No alias or index file found for nucleotide database [protein_Mononeg_Aedes] in search path
