I can't reproduce this issue.
Frotz recreates the game folder in Dropbox, and the new saved game appears
there.
If you are consistently able to reproduce this issue, please add step by step
instructions, including details like the specific game you are trying.

If you are expecting the saved games to appear in Dropbox at the top-level
linked folder, it doesn't work that way. Saved games must be in a subfolder
named for the game they go with.

After messing around more trying to reproduce this, I discovered the problem.
The Frotz directory in my dropbox was being used by Windows 7 for some reason.
I was unable to rename, move, or delete it. Due to this, the dropbox syncing
was failing. This is actually an issue with Windows 7. I had to kill the
dwm.exe process (Desktop Window Manager) to release the lock on the directory.
This can be resolved as invalid.
