Make TObjectManager be a TDirectory, not load everything on open #28

Right now, opening files with many histograms is slow, because every histogram is read into memory, rather than just the histograms that are used.

There is no more TObjectManager as of bb67886a97a8cc4e860808dcaf5e297bdc446d7f
