svn 195: can't get freedb info #161

svn 195 - freedb lookup doesn't work

For example:

rubyripper-0.4.4-2.fc8.noarch.rpm works on both disks!

Freedb.org is known to have problems. Perhaps changing the setting of the 
freedb 
server to the default value (http://freedb2.org:80/~cddb/cddb.cgi) helps?

If not, feel free to request this issue to be reopened.
