Add the ability to set "DISCNUMBER" and "TRACKTOTAL" tags for vorbis and flac files. #208

Currently, I am using Easytag to tag all of my audio files. It is a great 
tagging tool and I like how it lets me set the "DISCNUMBER" and 
"TRACKTOTAL" tags for my ogg vorbis and flac files. After trying out 
Rubyripper v0.5.0, I found that it can do everything I want except for 
setting those two tags. It would be nice if the gtk version had the 
ability to set those tags when encoding the audio file.
