Rubyripper rips one sector too much per track #214

After the switch to sector based ripping the end of a track isn't
calculated right. It is always the first sector of the next track which is
one sector too much. Only for the last track of a CD it works correct.

I've compared with ripping a track manually and the same sectors are used. So, I
declare this one fixed.
