unable to select from multiple freedb entries with cli

0.5.2 on Debian Lenny amd64

Please provide any additional information below.
Workaround
select a preferred freedx entry in gtk2 (this writes to
~/.rubyripper/freedb.yaml)
exit gtk2 and start cli
the preferred freedb entry is used
